"My training page is entirely based on my own preference to suit my training style and habit. Therefore, you may not find it interesting or works well for you. Most importantly, you must know that you have the right to just read and need not follow exactly! So some of the key points that I would like to note are:
1. Country: Singapore
- high humidity level
- hot and does not have a clear-cut seaons like summer, spring, autumn and winter
- high rainfall
- tropical climate with a uniform temperature (25 degrees Celsius to 31 degrees Celsius) and pressure
- does not face earthquakes, volcanoes or typhoons, but occasional flash floods in some low laying regions due to excessive rainfall
2. My habits
- avoids running on pedestrian walkway beside traffic
- do not run between 11am to 5pm of any day
- commits at least 3 days of a week for running/training
- wears Asics running shoes
- wears synthetic tops and short running shorts
- eats 3 slices of wholemeal/white bread with 4 tablespoons of peanut butter and a cup of coffee (with sugar only) an hour before running/training
